Your order will be processed and dispatched from our Global Fulfillment Network. To ensure you receive the most precision-engineered EDC gear, items are shipped directly from our Atlanta, GA logistics hub or our specialized design studio depending on current stock and customization requirements. Orders are typically processed with in 2 working days.

Delivery Times

Global Logistics & Delivery M-EDC is a premier design studio based in Atlanta, Georgia. To ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and to offer professional custom engraving services, our products are dispatched directly from our specialized design and fulfillment studio in Asia.

Estimated Shipping Times: 

• United States: 8-14 business days(United States).

• International: 11-17 business days. 

All orders are tracked and insured. Custom-engraved items may require an additional 2-3 days for precision processing.

Shipping Free

Shipping & Fulfillment Your order is processed at our Atlanta, GA office and fulfilled through our specialized design and distribution network to ensure you receive authentic M-EDC gear.

Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on orders over $39 USD. Duties and taxes are covered for qualifying shipments to provide you with a seamless checkout experience.

Order Requirements

For international orders, valid phone numbers and email addresses are required. Failure to provide this information may cause delays or even make it impossible for your order to be delivered. Please ensure that you provide this information accurately during the checkout process to avoid any problems.

Failed Delivery

In the event that an attempted delivery is not successful, and we are notified by the shipping company, we will attempt to contact the purchaser via email. If the purchaser still does not respond to either us or the shipping company within the holding timeframe specified by the shipper, the item will be returned.

Under circumstances where we have made every effort to ensure the delivery of an item, we will not offer a full refund or free re-shipping for the purchase. If the purchaser requires the item to be re-shipped, the shipping cost will be quoted and paid before re-shipping. If the purchaser requests a refund, once the item has been received and checked, the cost of the original shipping as well as a $10 processing fee will be deducted from the original paid amount before the remainder is refunded.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If an item has been shipped, the purchaser must contact us within 15 days of the shipment date. However, if you contact us after 30 days, we cannot guarantee refund or replacement unless you have proof from the shipper that the item was not delivered. Any refund or store credit will be at our discretion otherwise.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes depending on your country. On qualifying orders over $39, we cover duties where stated at checkout. Otherwise, customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
