1. 🛠️ Handmade & One of a Kind

Each customized piece is handcrafted individually, which means slight variations in color, texture, pattern, and finish are completely normal.

We always aim for a clean and refined result, but because every piece is made by hand, minor details such as fine surface marks, tiny bubbles, or subtle handmade imperfections may occasionally be present.

For this reason, your finished piece may not look exactly the same as the product photos — and that uniqueness is part of what makes each custom piece special.

2. 📦 Original Product Packaging

All original products used for customization are brand new and authentic.

However, the manufacturer's original packaging must be opened as part of the customization process. After customization is completed, the product will be carefully inspected, repacked, and sealed before shipping.

Therefore, when you receive your customized piece, the original manufacturer packaging will have already been opened.

3. 🧊 Avoid Prolonged Exposure to Cold

For crystal-sealed customized products, please avoid leaving the item unused for extended periods in temperatures below 5°C / 41°F.

Prolonged exposure to very low temperatures may affect the adhesion and stability of the resin layer.

4. ☀️ Avoid Extreme Heat & Direct Sunlight

Do not leave your customized piece in extremely hot environments, especially inside a vehicle under direct sunlight.

Excessive heat may affect the resin finish, adhesion, surface appearance, or overall condition of the customized piece.

5. 🛡️ Cold-Weather Storage

During very cold weather, especially when temperatures fall below 5°C / 41°F, we recommend storing your customized EDC piece inside a hard protective case or weather-resistant storage case when not in use.

This helps minimize prolonged cold exposure while also providing additional protection for the crystal-sealed finish.
