Description
📌 One of a Kind: your piece will NOT look exactly like the product photos. Photos show a single example — pattern, colors, and inlay details vary with every handmade order.
🛠️ How Your Custom Piece Is Made
1. Authentic base — we start with a brand-new, genuine product from the original maker.
2. Hand crystal-sealed by MU — our craftsman MU applies the crystal finish by hand, one piece at a time.
3. Packed with care — inspected, then sealed in protective gift-ready packaging.
4. Shipped with tracking — handed to the carrier and on its way to you.

✨ Tips & Care Instructions
1. 🛠️ Handmade & One of a Kind
Each customized piece is handcrafted individually, which means slight variations in color, texture, pattern, and finish are completely normal.
We always aim for a clean and refined result, but because every piece is made by hand, minor details such as fine surface marks, tiny bubbles, or subtle handmade imperfections may occasionally be present.
For this reason, your finished piece may not look exactly the same as the product photos — and that uniqueness is part of what makes each custom piece special.
2. 📦 Original Product Packaging
All original products used for customization are brand new and authentic.
However, the manufacturer's original packaging must be opened as part of the customization process. After customization is completed, the product will be carefully inspected, repacked, and sealed before shipping.
Therefore, when you receive your customized piece, the original manufacturer packaging will have already been opened.
3. 🧊 Avoid Prolonged Exposure to Cold
For crystal-sealed customized products, please avoid leaving the item unused for extended periods in temperatures below 5°C / 41°F.
Prolonged exposure to very low temperatures may affect the adhesion and stability of the resin layer.
4. ☀️ Avoid Extreme Heat & Direct Sunlight
Do not leave your customized piece in extremely hot environments, especially inside a vehicle under direct sunlight.
Excessive heat may affect the resin finish, adhesion, surface appearance, or overall condition of the customized piece.
5. 🛡️ Cold-Weather Storage
During very cold weather, especially when temperatures fall below 5°C / 41°F, we recommend storing your customized EDC piece inside a hard protective case or weather-resistant storage case when not in use.
This helps minimize prolonged cold exposure while also providing additional protection for the crystal-sealed finish.
📌 Please Keep in Mind
Our customized EDC pieces are handcrafted collectibles. Proper storage, careful handling, and avoiding extreme temperatures will help preserve the finish and appearance for longer.
✨ Special Note — Silver Protocol
Because of the handcrafted customization process and the characteristics of the materials used, the pattern and texture of each Silver Protocol piece will be unique.
Your finished piece may show slight differences from the product photos, but the overall color palette and visual style will remain consistent with the images shown.
No two pieces are exactly alike — each Silver Protocol is uniquely yours. ✨
