Tips & Maintenance

• Break-In Period: The factory-installed silicon nitride beads and tracks may become smoother after several rounds of use.

• Factory Lubrication: Industrial petroleum jelly is applied internally for smooth operation. Additional lubrication is usually unnecessary.

• Spring & Structure: The upgraded spring and internal design improve rebound performance and help reduce component displacement during use.

• Screw Security: Thread-locking adhesive is applied at the factory to help prevent screws from loosening.

• Avoid Unnecessary Disassembly: The mechanism is factory-adjusted for optimal feel and durability. Disassemble only when maintenance or modification is necessary.

• If Jamming Occurs: A displaced magnet may be the cause. Check the magnet's position and secure it with a suitable adhesive if needed. Ensure it sits flush with or below the body surface, then allow it to cure fully according to the adhesive instructions.

• Lubrication: If needed, apply a small amount of suitable lubricant to the tracks and friction surfaces using a cotton swab.

• Spring Replacement: Replace the spring only if the mechanism remains rough or jammed after checking the magnets. Small internal parts may eject during disassembly, so work carefully and follow the manufacturer's instructions. Reapply thread-locking adhesive to screw threads during reassembly when appropriate.
