Custom Crystal-Sealed Zirconium Alloy Edition

This custom edition combines a zirconium alloy body with a handcrafted crystal-sealed decorative inlay for a distinctive, premium EDC finish.

The internal pattern is created using heat-reactive specialty material and fine brass wire, carefully arranged to form a layered visual effect. These decorative elements are then sealed beneath a clear crystal-like protective layer, giving the surface added depth, a smooth glossy finish, and a refined three-dimensional appearance.

The crystal-sealed construction helps protect the decorative layer from direct contact while preserving the intricate details underneath. Combined with the solid zirconium alloy structure, the result delivers a balanced mix of industrial character, artistic texture, and collectible appeal.

Because each piece is assembled and sealed individually, slight variations in pattern, texture, and visual depth may occur, making every piece subtly unique.

❣️ Tips & Care Instructions

1. Handmade Variation
   Each customized piece is handmade, so slight differences in color, texture, pattern, or finish may occur. We do our best to achieve a clean and refined result, but small hairline marks, tiny bubbles, or other minor handmade imperfections may occasionally be present. For this reason, the finished product may not look exactly the same as the photos.
2. Original Product Packaging
   All original products used for customization are brand new and genuine. However, the original packaging must be opened during the customization process. Once the work is completed, the product will be carefully repacked and sealed. Therefore, the manufacturer's original packaging will have already been opened when you receive your customized piece.
3. Avoid Prolonged Exposure to Low Temperatures
   For crystal-sealed customized products, please avoid leaving the item stationary for long periods in temperatures below 5°C / 41°F, as prolonged cold exposure may affect the adhesion of the resin layer.
4. Avoid Extreme Heat
   Do not leave the customized product in extremely hot environments, especially inside a vehicle exposed to direct sunlight. Excessive heat may affect the resin finish, bonding, or overall appearance.
5. Cold-Weather Storage Recommendation
   During very cold winter weather, especially below 5°C / 41°F, we recommend storing the customized EDC piece inside a well-protected hard protective case / weather-resistant storage case when not in use. This helps reduce prolonged exposure to low temperatures and provides additional protection for the crystal-sealed finish.

Please note: These customized EDC pieces are handcrafted collectibles. Proper storage and reasonable temperature control will help preserve the finish and appearance over time.
